Voluntary Sector Support and Development

  • TASC have been involved over the years in working with teams and committees (taking an approach which borrows from interpersonal approaches, to examining the roles that people play, to exploring values and clarifying team tasks), with facilitating issue based training in areas such as working with difficult/challenging behaviour, managing people effectively and in providing external individual support and supervision to voluntary sector managers. We have worked as an external management consultant with several large voluntary sector agencies, supporting projects to address key changes in personnel, establish improved management structures and identify and access new funding arrangements.
